Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to every use of Bauabzug-kit (https://bauabzug.molenista.nl), a service of Angelista Enterprise B.V.. The service is for businesses and organisations only, not for consumers.

2. The service

A self-service kit for the German Bauabzugsteuer: checklist, prefilled letters and reminders for the Freistellungsbescheinigung and the refund deadline.

The service gives checks and overviews. It is not legal, tax or technical advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and filings.

3. Price and payment

You pay in advance, through Mollie, the price shown on the site or in our e-mail when you order. The price says whether VAT is included. A pilot runs for the stated period and does not renew by itself. If you then choose a plan, monthly or yearly, it renews for the same period until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a plan at any time, with the link in our e-mail or by e-mail. It runs until the end of the paid period; no further payments follow. After the agreement ends you can export your data for 30 days; then we delete it.

5. Your data

Your files and data remain yours. We use them only to provide the service, under the data processing agreement.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We announce maintenance in advance where possible.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue. This does not apply to intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes

We announce changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance by e-mail. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

9. Law and court

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to Rechtbank Den Haag.
